Jiangyin SAT Air Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd (hereafter says “SAT Co.”) was established in March of 2000. From 4th of Jan. 2013, ProFlute AB had become the 100% shareholder in SAT, and SAT became a fully owned sub-company of ProFlute AB. Under the new ownership, SAT and ProFlute continued with its operations. The new ownership structure allows the business to invest further in World Class manufacturing facilities, with intended strategy of broadening the product range with the addition of other components and sub-assemblies.
As one of the developer of Cooling Pad product in China, SAT started to manufacture and sell Pad from the founding of company of 2000. SAT has become the professional cooling pads manufacturer in China and can provide various kinds of pads such as the pads with different sheets of flute and across angles. The SAT pad is the key part of the humidification and cooling system which have been widely used for cooling in poultry houses and greenhouses during the hot summer season. The SAT pad is also the main part to make humidifier, evaporative cooler and other equipment which is used in some application requiring efficient cooling with low energy consummation like industrial buildings. Large quantities of SAT pads have been exported to European and Middle East countries.
Since the May of 2004, the SAT Co. imported the desiccant media from his Swedish partner, ProFlute AB, to make desiccant dehumidification rotors and cassettes. The PPS rotors with 82% of silica gel content, the PPM rotors with 45% of molecule sieve content and PPX (super silica gel rotor) can meet the requirement for international high quality rotors by most dehumidifier manufacturers. The rotors also can be used for the replacement for most existing dehumidifiers. As a rotor supplier, the SAT Co. created a good cooperation relationship with our customers with the unique quality, competitive price, excellent service and short period of delivery time so as to mutually explore and serve for South Asian market.
Now SAT Co. introduces new production line of energy efficient VOC (volatile organic compounds ) abatement Zeolite Rotor and Cassettes from Swedish partner ProFlute AB, who is the high-end technology for VOC abatement. With advantages of low regeneration consummation, 7x24 ongoing running and more than 90% abatement efficiency, customers can make good improvement in energy conversation and emission reduction.
